The South Beach Wine and Food Festival is renowned for taking over the sands of South Beach as a celebration of culinary delights and libations. This year, for the event’s 25th edition, they’re aiming to accompany treats for your taste buds with a feast for your ears as they announce a jam-packed musical line-up to take place throughout the festival from Thursday, February 19, through Sunday, February 22, with tickets for all events now on sale.
The party begins on Thursday, February 19, at the Grand Tasting Village on 12th Street and Ocean Drive with Diplo at the DJ deck. The Grammy-winning producer is best known for dance pop collaborations like “Where Are Ü Now” with Justin Bieber and Skrillex, “Electricity” with Dua Lipa, and “Heartless” with Morgan Wallen.
Friday night’s Tournament of Royalty features a performance by a hip-hop pioneer as Reverend Run from Run-DMC rocks the mic. Back in the 1980’s Run-DMC were the first hip-hop group to really catch on with mainstream audiences with hits like “It’s Tricky”, “King of Rock”, and most famously their collaboration with Aerosmith in “Walk this Way”.
Saturday afternoon at The Grand Tasting Village, you’ll get a set by Ja Rule. The rapper dominated the charts at the turn of the century with hits like “Put It on Me”, “Always on Time”, and “Holla Holla”. More recently, he made headlines for his part in Fyre Festival, but unlike that notorious festival, you can count on Ja Rule taking the stage for the South Beach Wine and Food Festival.

Later on Saturday afternoon at the Eden Roc for the event known as The Cookout, you can dance and digest to a live performance by Fat Joe. The New York MC will perform his hip-hop hits like “Lean Back”, “What’s Luv?”, and “All the Way Up”.
Finally, Sunday night will close out with the Ultimate Festival Send-Off featuring beats by DJ Cassidy. The New York DJ is a Grammy-nominated producer but is probably best known for being Barack Obama’s DJ of choice, as DJ Cassidy has provided the soundtrack for both of the former president’s inaugurations, along with his fiftieth birthday party.
