It’s official: Skrillex has joined Ultra Music Festival‘s 2025 lineup. This year’s edition marks the 25th anniversary of the homegrown dance music event, and there is no better way to celebrate the milestone than with one of EDM’s biggest stars.
The 37-year-old DJ and producer was officially added to the bill today. However, fans knew something was up earlier this week when, on Wednesday, Ultra posted a happy birthday message to Skrillex on X. He responded with, “See you in March.”
The reunion is long overdue. Sonny Moore is returning to Ultra a decade after his last solo performance in 2015. Moore took over the main stage in 2019, but it was as a part of Dog Blood, his side project with German producer Boys Noize. Skrillex will take the stage solo in March once again – and the hype is real.
Skrillex joins previously announced headliners Above & Beyond, Afrojack, Carl Cox, Chase and Status, Deadmau5, John Summit, Gryffin, Hardwell, Martin Garrix, Mau P, TiÁ«sto, and Zedd, among others.
