DJ Vertigo Thursdays, Rumi; Fridays, State; Saturdays, Space; Mondays and Wednesdays, Oxygen Lounge DJ Vertigo is all over the place: bubbling in the Grove at Oxygen Lounge; spinning hip-hop for trance-weary heads at Space; and throwing his own jam, The Main Event, at State. You can also hear him on underground station MIXX-FM (96.1), where he spins two-hour sets on Fridays at 10:00 p.m. In the clubs, DJ Vertigo blends rap, R&B, and reggaeton, a perfect formula to get the party jumping. But he has his eyes on bigger things, including working on music projects with Mr. Cheeks, hopefully securing that all-important urban-radio mix-show spot, and … you know the rest.
