Late-night hookups at nightclubs are par for the course on South Beach. However, for some lucky female patrons at Louis on Saturday night virtual cunnilingus was offered by proprietor Roman Jones. The controversial club owner had his face silkscreened inside 100 pairs of Hanky Panky lace undies. The location of his mug shot? Why the crotch, of course. This lewd lingerie was part of a giveaway for all of the single ladies loitering at Louis on Saturday night. The festivities started with the second annual Single & Fabulous soiree, hosted by socialites Erin Newberg and Tiffany Rosen.
While the party was dude-heavy, the cocktail chatter was centered around Jones’ panty prank.
“They were completely raunchy in an extremely humorous way,” notes Newberg, who stars on VH1’s reality show Secrets of Aspen in her spare time. “I would never wear them. In fact, I gave mine away. They were definitely a conversation piece.” Of course, it’s not too shocking that Roman would pull a stunt like this. After all he does have a statue of himself at Louis’ front bar. While the thongs were undeniably the hit of the party, revelers also left with a gift bag brimming with a sample of Vita Coco’s coconut water, a complimentary one-day pass to David Barton Gym and a certificate for 30 percent off at Nails 111. Whether they wore the Roman Jones-themed underwear out is another story.
