Rick Ross needs to Bawse up and take responsibility for his verses. But he doesn't seem ready to admit to rappin' about rape.
Some guest spot lyrics on "U.O.E.N.O." from the Miami MC have got a lot of women reconsidering their love for the hefty player. But just as we saw a couple of months ago, Ross is good at dodging bullets.
When he was asked to apologize, he denied ever rapping about rape at all. And the Bawse's reasoning: He never used the word "rape" directly.
UPDATE #3 Rick Ross's rape lyrics are getting dropped from Rocko's "U.O.E.N.O."
UPDATE #4 Rick Ross's Reebok endorsement deal has been killed over the "U.O.E.N.O." rape lyrics.

It's true. The Bawse doesn't say the terrible word itself, but he does paint a picture that's pretty straight to the point.
"Put molly all in her champagne, she ain't even know it/I took her home and I enjoyed that, she ain't even know it."
If that doesn't say "I molly-bombed a ho and felt her up when she passed out at my crib," we don't know what does. And in case you haven't been paying attention to this thing called life, drugging a girl and then having sex with her is definitely rape.
But the Bawse is unremorseful and gave a pitiful excuse for an explanation during an interview with New Orleans radio station Q93.3.
"I want to make sure this is clear," he started of his own accord. "Woman is the most precious gift known to man. It was a misunderstanding with a lyric, a misinterpretation where the term rape wasn't used."
We're not sure we're comfortable with the idea of "woman" being some gift to "man," but we digress.
"I would never use the term rape in my records. As far as my camp, hip-hop don't condone that. The streets don't condone that. Nobody condones that," he said. "I just wanted to reach out to all the queens that's on my timeline, all the sexy ladies, the beautiful ladies that had been reaching out to me with the misunderstanding."
Well, you're right Ross, you didn't use the term "rape." But you did say you drugged a woman's champagne, then "enjoyed" her body while "she ain't even know it."
Bawse up and own up, player. Rape is a serious issue, and you're just playing games.
