If the Jonas Brothers celebrating their 20-year anniversary makes you feel a little old, you’re not alone. We’re right there with you.
The trio behind chart-toppers like “Sucker,” “Fly With Me,” and “S.O.S.” brought their Jonas20: Greetings From Your Hometown tour to Amerant Bank Arena on Friday, October 24, giving fans a night packed with nostalgia, charisma, and tight harmonies.
Now deep into their twelfth headlining tour, and hot off the release of their latest single “Loved You Better,” the brothers are moving with the confidence of a group who knows exactly who they are — and how to keep an arena full of fans on their feet.

The night kicked off with a DJ set that smoothly warmed up the crowd before youngest sibling Frankie Jonas stepped into the spotlight. Frankie wasted no time making the entire arena his stage — shaking hands, snapping selfies, and chatting up fans with a natural charm that instantly won people over. His surprisingly strong vocals and laid-back presence set an upbeat tone early on.

Then came the All-American Rejects, who dialed up the energy with a barrage of sing-along anthems. The crowd roared from the first chords, showing the band’s throwback hits still hit hard with fans.
At 8:51 p.m., the main event arrived. The Jonas Brothers stepped onstage to deafening applause, decked out in Levi’s denim and custom jackets embroidered with New Jersey-inspired details — a nod to their roots and signature style. Joe’s studded jacket cheekily read “Mom’s Favorite – New Jersey, USA,” matching his playful, confident energy. Fresh off a Billboard Latin Awards after-party the night before, he looked rested and ready to run the show.

Early in the set, Nick and Joe paused to connect with the crowd, reflecting on the band’s 20-year journey. They shouted out their hometown of New Jersey and gave a warm salute to South Florida. “Tonight, I’m part of your hometown,” Nick told the audience, while Joe reminded everyone he now lives in Florida — prompting an even louder cheer.

Their denim-on-denim looks matched their easy, unforced chemistry on stage — cool, comfortable, and totally in control. Vocally, the trio was locked in, gliding through fan favorites and newer tracks with tight harmonies. While Kevin stayed grounded with guitar duties, Nick and Joe covered the stage, engaging with fans, waving at signs (including one from Seattle), and keeping the vibe both celebratory and intimate.

It was a night that blended throwback energy with fresh spark — proof that two decades in, the Jonas Brothers still know exactly how to work a South Florida crowd.
