Mr. 305, a.k.a. Mr. Worldwide, is taking his already legendary live experience to a whole new level this summer. During his headline performance at BST Hyde Park in London on July 10, the Miami-born hip-hop and pop icon is attempting something truly unforgettable: a Guinness World Records title attempt for the largest gathering of people wearing bald caps ever recorded.

The idea plays off a rapidly growing fan-led phenomenon. At concerts around the world, especially during Pitbull’s recent sold-out shows in the U.K.,  thousands of attendees have shown up emulating Pitbull’s signature look: bald caps, aviator sunglasses, and stylish concert attire. This quirky fan fashion has become a joyful rallying cry among his audience, affectionately dubbed “The Bald-E’s.”

The Guinness attempt isn’t just for fun; it’s an official title bid with rules set by Guinness World Records. Participants must wear their bald caps securely, have their hair tucked in at the front and top, and all fans must gather together at the same time for at least 1 full minute for the record to count.

Pitbull himself has been fully onboard, rallying his global fanbase via social media. In official statements, he’s encouraged attendees to don their bald caps and prepare for a “time of your lives,” emphasizing his appreciation for their enthusiasm, commitment, and support.

The record attempt also ties into one of the biggest concert series in the U.K.,  British Summer Time Hyde Park, a multi-day festival that annually draws tens of thousands of music lovers to London’s iconic park. Artists ranging from Garth Brooks and Maroon 5 to Mumford & Sons and Lewis Capaldi are also on the lineup this year.

With Pitbull headlining, special guest Kesha, and this bold Guinness World Records push, this concert promises to be one of the most talked about live music experiences of 2026.

The joint official announcement with the BST Hyde Park on Instagram read: “After the idea was championed by @greg_james on @bbcradio1, we’re on a mission to secure a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title for the largest gathering of people wearing bald caps, and @pitbull needs YOU there in London’s Hyde Park on Friday 10 July. Let’s have a real good time! Dale.”
