First, it was a three-page open letter directed at some shitty rapper who said extraordinarily heinous things about a city that has unconditionally and inexplicably embraced his sorry ass.

Now, Pepe Billete has rallied the troops yet again to continue the public shaming of a has-been MC in his latest YouTube production, a music video for Pitbull's "Welcome to Dade County" freestyle diss.

"El Pitbull is a good friend of mine y tremendo pinguo de alta clase," Billete tells Crossfade. "Coincidentally, right when I was posting my SoundCloud response to lil weasel's apology, I received the 'Welcome to Dade County' track. I heard it, loved it, and instantly decided to do a video for it. I loved the idea that it was a 305-pride song porque eso es cosa de pinguo."

In a 1 a.m. Google Chat with Crossfade this morning, Billete added, "Lil Weasel claiming that people who aren't sports fans have no reason to be upset by his statements was the equivalent of him trying to stick a sneaky deo en el culo to the entire city of Miami."

And no culo in Miami was bruised harder than the Heat's.

"The Miami Heat are not just a sports franchise," Billete says. "As an organization they actually do things for the community that go beyond the basketball court like build reading centers in local communities, give out academic scholarships to local students, and help at risk students graduate. Any organization with that kind of vested interest in its local community transcends the limited definition that comes with just being another sports team. They become a stakeholder in the improvement of the city, so when Sapingo Wayne said 'fuck the Miami Heat' publicly and then [went] on local radio and dipped his balls in our cereal with that comepinga 'apology,' he was basically making us his bitch."

So, Billete recruited just about everyone you grew up with--tu prima, el gordito from down the street who always made you laugh, roller derby chicks, some dude you used to buy weed from, that thick Hialeah chongita you hooked up with at Ulta last year, and someone in a Bin Laden mask--to kick it con los terroristas defending Dade's honor.

The threat? An actor bearing a striking resemblance--if your vision's good, but not great--to a once popular dreadlocked New Orleans rapper with sub-par skateboarding skills.

But Billete's response clearly indicates that the wannabe X-Games contestant should be the one worrying about Miami; he's no longer welcome.

"After Lil Wayne added insult to injury by calling WEDR to say that he [was] not apologizing for anything other than insulting El Lebronsito, and that Miami was too stupid to realize that his beef is sports-related and has nothing to do with the city," Billete says, "people were just fed up of being treated like a bunch of pencos."
