Independent Journalism in Miami Needs You
We need to raise $10,000 by August 9 to support the reporting our community depends on. Reader support keeps us independent and is playing a larger role in funding local journalism and shaping what comes next. If you believe independent local journalism matters, make a contribution today.
Electronic dance music has found a wide Latin audience in recent years. Of course that includes the Latin American melting pot of Miami, thanks to the popularization of percussion-driven tribal house offshoots and the so-called “Iberican Sound” pioneered in part by Madrid-based producers Chus & Ceballos. One half of this internationally renowned Spanish duo, DJ/producer Pablo Ceballos has garnered worldwide recognition through the pair’s Stereo Productions label, in addition to chart-topping releases on the esteemed Yoshitoshi, Shinichi, and Defected imprints. High-profile remixes for the likes of Madonna, Danny Tenaglia, and Deep Dish have garnered Ceballos notable mainstream acclaim. Meanwhile his hectic DJ touring schedule has taken him across the globe as he continues to hold residencies at some of the world’s most popular big-room venues, including NYC’s Cielo, Stereo in Montreal, and Pacha in Ibiza. Club Space welcomes Pablo Ceballos, no stranger to the venue or Miami’s late-night techno scene, for a special DJ set this Saturday that is sure to summon the tribal house heads in hordes.
