Over the Weekend: Air, Fashion Miami, and Calle Ocho

South Florida's busy season of events is in full swing. With Winter Music Conference seven days away, there is still plenty of more to come. Still, in case you missed it, here is what happened over the weekend:

Air at the Fillmore Miami Beach

It's hard to believe since the release of their debut and breakthrough album, Moon Safari, in 1999, French duo air have never stepped foot in Florida. But that changed Saturday when they played at the Fillmore Miami Beach. Click here to view the full slideshow.

Fashion Miami 2010

The re-tooled Funkshion Fashion Week Miami Beach took over the tent formerly occupied by Design Miami for Fashion Miami. The tents featured events and shows by Gen Art Fresh Faces, MIUAD Fashion Show, and Custo Barcelona.

Calle Ocho 2010

Everything Latin invaded the streets on Little Havana Sunday as Calle Ocho brought people of food and music. Click here to view the full slideshow.
