The thought of being grabbed by the throat and dragged through a tunnel to Hades is a nightmare for most people. But it's a curious and enticing invitation for metalheads. Especially when Napalm Death's doing the throat-grabbing.

Later this year, English thrashers Napalm Death are set to embark on a North American tour that'll end aboard the Barge to Hell, a heavy metal theme cruise sailing out of Miami and skippered by Satan.

But if you need a taste of death before boarding the hell-bound luxury liner, the band will join Municipal Waste, Hellwitch, and others for a pre-cruise party at Grand Central on Sunday, December 2.

Earlier this year, Napalm Death released its 15th studio record, Utilitarian, which earned considerable praise for critics and fans alike. Thrash Hits gave Utilitarian five and a half stars out of a possible six, and declared that "Napalm Death still fucking rule."

But do they "fucking rule" enough for you to follow them onto a Barge to Hell?
