We’re a long way from New Orleans, but that doesn’t mean Mardi Gras festivities are out of reach. Today and tomorrow on the Hollywood Broadwalk, the spirit of Fat Tuesday is in full effect, complete with street vendors hocking various vittles and wares, impromptu street performances and plenty of free music to get you feeling the French Quarter love. The music starts at 10 a.m. with DJ Jim Moore and and continues well into the night.
The highlight of the show is sure to be New Orleans’ own Dirty Dozen
Brass Band (video below), blasting out the funk and bebop at 7 pm on Tuesday. For
