Admittedly, we're all a little giddy 'round the New Times office.

Rumor has it that Madonna's going to drop by for a special in-house performance and breathe new life into our defunct Sectional Sofa Series.

What sparked the rumor? One writer suggesting that, "we should totally get Madonna on our couch for that Sectional Sofa Series thing" ahead of the Material Girl's two November concerts in Miami.

Keep it locked on Crossfade for updates. And in the meantime, swing by the Delano Miami Beach's Pool on Friday, March 23, and sweet-talk your way into Madge and Smirnoff's media invite-only MDNA Nightlife Edition Remix Album Release Party.

Last summer, Madonna inked an endorsement deal with Smirnoff Vodka, becoming the alcohol brand's Nightlife Exchange Project spokesperson.

The way it works, Smirnoff Facebook "fans" from around the globe "submit ideas on one of Smirnoff's 50 localized Facebook pages about what makes their home city's nightlife unique." The company then uses the suggestions to throw a theme event in a culturally relevant city -- an indoor London venue, for example, was turned into South Beach last year.

Between 7 and 11 p.m. on Friday, MDNA producers will rub elbows with special guest DJs like Martin Solveig, Benny Benassi, Sultan & Ned Shepard, Tracy Young and others. Plus, Smirnoff's Master of the Mix spinners Kid Capri and Just Blaze will showcase their skills, dropping never-before-heard versions of Madonna's "Give Me All Your Luvin'" and "Masterpiece".

The event is "is the latest element of Smirnoff's multifaceted partnership with Madonna and Live Nation Entertainment." However, it's a private party.

But don't worry, Madonna maniacs. If you "Like" Smirnoff's US Facebook page, you'll score the MDNA Nightlife Edition Remix Album for only $3.50.

Who needs a swanky, open-bar South Beach shindig when you've got savings like that?
