KRS-One‘s been no stranger to South Florida, playing a couple of gigs at Miami’s now-defunct Studio A over the past couple of years. He’s coming back, but this time a little further north, to City Limits in Delray Beach. The show presents something of a musical (although perhaps not ideological) departure for the venue, which often features more jam-oriented rock acts. The opening act is Miami local Brimstone127, a longtime, tireless South Florida hip-hop booster who is also the local representative for KRS-One’s Temple of Hip-Hop.
Tickets went on sale this morning, and can be purchased via www.citylimitsdelray.com. They cost $22 in advance, and $25 at the door. The show is ages 18+ with ID.
