Following the birth of his daughter, Blue Ivy, rumors that Jay-Z was stripping the word "bitch" from his vernacular began surfacing earlier this year.

However, "the story that he wont use the word bitches anymore since having the baby is B.S.," TMZ founder Harvey Levin tweeted in January. "He never said that."

But then yesterday, Jay-Z did voluntarily drop "bitch" from his song "99 Problems," replacing it with "Mitt" at a campaign rally for President Barack Obama in Ohio.

Peep the video after the cut.

Yesterday, Jigga joined President Obama on the final day of the 2012 presidential campaign in Columbus, Ohio. And while the backing-track clearly slipped a "bitch," Jay's live vocals for "99 Problems" took on the tone of a political attack ad.

"I got 99 problems, but Mitt ain't one," he rapped.

Zing.

Jay-Z was a little less combative when he addressed the crowd between songs, MTV reports.

"Four years ago, we voted for hope and change," he said. "Already, that hope made a generation of people feel like they can be anything in the world."

Bruce Springsteen also performed at the rally, even traveling with the President aboard Air Force One and performing at events in Wisconsin and Iowa as well.

The Boss, however, did not call Mitt Romney a "bitch" by proxy. He just encouraged the crowd to vote Obama.
