Ian Carey Don't Remember Last Night at SET

In a shocking turn of events, a DJ has paired up with a rapper to drop a track that is completely different from all other house music -- and we sincerely hope you understand sarcasm.

Truth be told, Ian Carey's "Last Night," featuring Bobby Anthony and Snoop Dogg, isn't bad. The lyrics are crude and you can dance to it.

What more could you possibly want?

Still, it can't be easy making house music sound different from all of the other house music out there. Because really, there are only so many things you can do with a synthesizer and a drum machine.

But considering the fact that Carey has DJed in 50 different countries and he's one of the best-known dudes on the scene, he must be doing something right. So if you want to check him out for yourself (and decide if all his mixes sound the same), bro's got a show this Friday at SET.

Ian Carey. Friday, June 24. SET Nightclub, 320 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach. The club opens at 11 p.m. Call 305-531-2800 or visit setmiami.com.
