Well, it seems to be a huge day for Miami house and techno fans as Factory Town has unveiled the full lineup for this year’s Factory Basel parties. The weeklong series returns from Wednesday, December 3, through Sunday, December 7, once again transforming the massive Hialeah venue into a multi-room playground for global electronic talent.
The announcement comes amid ongoing controversy surrounding Factory Town’s ownership, as Link Miami Rebels and Insomniac remain locked in a legal battle over the venue and fellow Miami hotspot Club Space. Still, the shows planned for Art Basel week prove that the brand is moving forward with some of the most ambitious programming Miami has seen this year.
The week kicks off on Wednesday with a loaded bill: Tiesto headlines the Infinity Room for a rare club-style Miami set, while Hugel brings his high-energy party Make the Girls Dance to The Park. Over in the Warehouse, Boys Noize leads with Ones and Zeros, Josh Baker takes over the Chain Room with You&Me, and Cole Knight curates her Knight Club concept in Cypress End.
Thursday keeps the energy high with Cloonee & Friends in the Infinity Room, Chris Stussy Invites in The Park, and Richie Hawtin bringing his signature minimal techno to the Warehouse. Skepta’s Más Tiempo returns with a heavy dose of UK flavor in the Chain Room, while Joezi’s BTRFLY FX delivers a melodic and Afrohouse twist in Cypress End.
Friday’s programming takes things even further as Solomun Presents Diynamic spans both The Park and Infinity Room, while Live From Earth occupies the Warehouse, Beltran hosts Beltools in the Chain Room, and HoneyLuu leads 4ThaLuu in Cypress End.
Saturday, December 6, marks a full-venue takeover with Circoloco, the iconic Ibiza brand known for its marathon sessions and underground aesthetic.
Finally, Sunday wraps up Basel week in proper Miami fashion: Elrow brings its vibrant carnival chaos to The Park, SACRO by Mëstiza takes over the Warehouse, Mason Collective presents Muson in Cypress End, and Revival brings the beats to the Chain Room.
It’s worth noting that Sunday’s Infinity Room event remains the only slot yet to be announced — so fans should keep their eyes peeled for what could be one of Factory Town’s biggest reveals yet.
With world-class curation, multiple brand takeovers, and five days of nonstop house and techno, Factory Basel 2025 is shaping up to be one of the most talked-about series during Miami’s Art Basel week.
