Of all federal holidays, the third Monday in February is often welcomed with very little fanfare. With the exception of a month-long celebration in Alexandria, Virginia, and the annual George Fest in Eustis, Florida, Presidents' Day has become a cheap excuse for auto dealers to offer "zero down and zero percent financing!"
