Digable Planets, those purveyors of feel-good, wordy Nineties-era hip-hop, were scheduled to play several dates around South Florida in April. The first gig was set for April 15 at City Limits, followed by one at the Vagabond the day after, and another at Crobar that Friday.
We’ve just gotten word that all are canceled, as is the group’s entire tour. The group has broken up (again). Refunds at point of purchase, and more information if we get any.
Well, the group’s former DJ, King Britt, is keeping himself plenty busy anyways. You can catch him at a bunch of parties around town this week during WMC.
