Calvin Harris has been a busy little boy. He recently made his very first appearance on the Billboard Hot 100 when massive hit “Feel So Close” fist-pumped to number 12. Next, he penned a lucrative endorsement deal with Pepsi Max to feature his smash “Let’s Go” with Ne-Yo. And now, riding that rising wave of uhntz-uhntz, Harris just got tapped to play an hourlong set at this year’s preshow to the MTV Video Music Awards. Oh, and he’ll also make a stop at LIV this Friday.
So get primed to see Calvin kill it live by watching Thursday’s MTV performance. Then head to the Fontainebleau’s fanciest nightclub the next night. Guaranteed, this EDM superstar will be going hard for Miami. And maybe he’ll even drop some fresh new tracks from upcoming album 18 Months.
Harris recently tweeted that this third studio release will be a star-studded event, with features from famous voices such as Kelis, Rihanna, Ellie Goulding, Florence Welch, and Dizzee Rascal. Actually, you’re already a fan of that album because of “Feel So Close,” “Bounce,” and newest hit “Let’s Go.” The record is set to hit shelves October 29, but get an early September taste. It’ll make you feel so beat-freaking special.
