The tour celebrates One More Time… (2023), the first album in over a decade to reunite Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge, and Travis Barker. And for those who missed the trio last year at the Kaseya Center, that fact alone makes this show feel like a once-in-a-lifetime moment: the original trio back together, reliving their mischief while reflecting on everything they've survived.
Of course, South Florida fans are showing up for the new cuts, but also for the hits that defined high school playlists from Kendall to Pembroke Pines nd beyond. While Blink's catalog runs deep, here are some tracks we're hoping make it onto the setlist.
10. "What's My Age Again?"
The eternal slacker's anthem, still as funny and cathartic as it was in '99.9. "Man Overboard"
A fan-favorite deep cut that would send diehards over the edge.8. "Going Away to College"
Sweet, awkward, and heartfelt, the kind of song that made Blink surprisingly relatable to many.7. "After Midnight"
One of their darker, moodier, and most melodic songs. 6. "Up All Night"
Pure chaos, perfect for a late-night crowd and to sing along.5. "Shut Up"
Probably one of their most underrated songs, that is tight in execusion, and heavy in content, aluding to a life of a teenager growing up in a broken home.4. "Anthem Part Two"
Blink at their most rebellious, blasting against authority with urgent guitars, and full of raw energy.3. "Josie"
Because every pop-punk romance deserves its shout-out, and while we are at it, we should bring purple hair back. 2. "Stay Together for the Kids"
Emotional, heavy, and proof that Blink could grow up without losing their punch.1. "Dammit"
The one that started it all, guaranteed to turn the pit into a frenzy, another one we are ready to sing along. Adding to the night's energy, Alkaline Trio, the darker side of pop-punk fronted by Matt Skiba (who filled in for DeLonge during his hiatus), will warm up the crowd, along with rising rockers Beauty School Dropout.
Whether you're there to scream along to "Dammit" or see the band's reunion energy live, this might be your chance to relive the soundtrack of your youth, louder, older, and maybe, just maybe, even a little wiser.
