There are some things in this world better left unexplained, but this is definitely not one of them. It's been confirmed that the Black Eyed Peas (yes, the very same ones that created the weapon of mass destruction called "My Humps") are set to perform at Ultra Music Festival next month. The Peas join other previously announced acts like The Prodigy, Paul Van Dyk, Tiesto, Bloc Party, Carl Cox, Deadmau5, Crystal Castles, Ting Tings, Santogold, Boys Noize, Cut Copy and more.

Yes, they stick out like a sore thumb amongst the current lineup, so it will be interesting to see how they blend into the mix. No official word yet on what day they'll be playing, but check back here for the update.

But tell us, what do you think about the latest booking?

UPDATE: The Black Eyed Peas are scheduled to perform Day 1 on Friday, March 27.
