Another ¡Mira Que Lindas! Performance, Featuring Debi Nova, This Thursday

¡Mira Que Lindas! continues this week, and it'll live up to its name more than ever. So if you've yet to check the kick-ass exhibit of Latin pop album art paired with special showcase performances at Awarehouse, you definitely don't want to miss this Thursday night's show. Scratch that, if you just happen to like real catchy, danceable pop music coming from perhaps one of the most beautiful women to grab a mike in recent years, you definitely don't want to miss this Thursday night's show.

Costa Rican artist Debi Nova is a lot of things. Super-duper hot? True enough. But even above that, this songbird is talented, not only a singer, but a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist too, counting piano, guitar and bass among those. After singing background vocals for and collaborating with artists like Ricky Martin, Sergio Mendes and the Peas, and landing her first songwriting deal at the precocious age of 17, she's finally got a disc of her own out, titled Luna Nueva. And first single "Drummer Boy" has been a YouTube sensation, with nearly two million views. Check it out for yourself below. But first, scroll through a few more images of her after the jump. Seriously. Like three more, basically just gratuitously flaunting her hotness.

Debi Nova. 8 p.m. Thursday, June 10. The Awarehouse, 550 NW 29th St., Miami. There is no cover, but a $10 donation is suggested. RSVP to 305-576-0036 or marcela.restrepo@grammy.com.
