Nearly seven months ago, an emo 50 Cent was texting about death, admitting that, "I don't think I'm gonna live much longer."
A few months after that, the rapper tweeted a picture of himself laying helplessly in a hospital bed surrounded by stuffed animals as he prepped to go under the knife.
For 50 Cent, the end never seems far. But homie's a survivor, miraculously capable of bouncing back from defeat and conquering death. And he proved it last night after a big rig struck his SUV.
TMZ is reporting that the rapper's SUV was rear-ended last night on the Long Island Expressway in New York City by a Mack truck. The G-Unit honcho was transported to an area hospital where doctors reportedly worked on his neck and back.
Pictures of the rapper being wheeled into the hospital on a stretcher were posted his website, thisis50.com.
The situation looked serious as he appeared subdued, laying stiffly on his back and restrained with a neck brace. But according to a rep, "he was released this morning and is doing fine."
