Family-run and open for the past 25 years, this South Miami sweet shop offers you the option of picking your poison: creamy, calorie-ridden pure deliciousness (i.e. homemade ice cream) or guilt-and-fat-free yummy frozen yogurt. For the sake of freshness, new flavors (usually ten or so varieties) of hand-dipped ice cream are available daily until the entire batch runs out. Flavors can include lychee nut, pumpkin, coffee, mint chip, and an ever-popular cookies combo that consists of a vanilla base and fresh-baked cookies. One scoop will set you back $3.35 (with tax), and two scoops cost $4.95. Other items for purchase include cookies, ice cream cakes, chocolate-covered bananas, and ice cream cannolis (all made in-house).
