Toscana Divino

Toscana Divino unites all things Tuscan – food, wine, fashion, art – inside a 150-seat Brickell eatery. Start with a selection of the tagliere: a wooden cutting board adorned with individual, three, or five Italian cheeses and salumi, or with antipasti, such as the traditional pappa al pomodoro, a hearty, rich Tuscan bread and puréed tomato soup. Primi and secondi are pappardelle alla finocchiona and more modern homemade pastas such as pici senesi: thick, hand-rolled noodles enriched with a full-bodied ragu of braised duck and tomato. Desserts include semifreddo alle mandorle: an ivory cylinder of house-churned honey-almond ice cream with a sauce of salted caramel and Greek yogurt.
