Lunchboxes open one of two ways: brimming with epic delights or filled with disappointing carrot sticks and soggy sandwiches you hope to pawn off on an unsuspecting classmate. The Lunchbox, however, puts a new spin on this old standard. It's Miami's first zero-waste eatery. A spicy tom kai gai soup could accompany a chicken paillard or a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Because the Lunchbox promotes a no-waste philosophy, you'll have to request utensils with your to-go order; otherwise, you'll be left eating with your hands.Read our full review.
