Proper Sausages

At Proper Sausages, Freddy and Danielle Kaufmann turn out a dozen varieties of their classic, English-style sausage along with furiously spicy links tinged with orange rind. Their Miami Shores location also serves up homemade bacon, mustard, and, if you’re lucky, a BLT on a Portuguese muffin. What they do best, however, is fill Miami’s gaping void of neighborhood butchers. They compromise nothing, sourcing grass-fed beef as well as heritage pork.
