In April 2012, My Ceviche opened in South Beach to immediate success and critical acclaim by way of business partners/owners/operators Roger Duarte and chef Sam Gorenstein. Fans flocked to the 240-square-foot flagship, prompting the duo to open the 900-square-foot Brickell location a year later. My Ceviche South Miami and then My Ceviche Coral Gables soon followed before the fifth location at Miami International Airport opened in August 2016. Demonstrating a natural evolution and growth with each opening property, My Ceviche Midtown, the company's sixth outpost (seventh restaurant counting Zuuk Mediterranean Kitchen), is cranking up the wellness factor with even healthier menu options; partnerships with fitness, health and beauty brands; cultural community involvement; and lifestyle enhancement through a hipper, experiential milieu.
