Market at Edition features numerous stations where you can order without having to move an inch. Your server can bring you items from the raw bar, the cheese and charcuterie station, the dessert area, and the hot station featuring a pizza oven. Dining solo? Grab a counter seat. With a large group? There's plenty of room in this sleek, airy eatery replete with floor-to-ceiling windows. Unfortunately, the gourmet market items on display aren't for sale, but the pros at the various stations will gladly share their wisdom and let you sample some goodies. As a starter, the butternut soup with oyster mushrooms is spot on. It's velvety in texture and sharp in taste without being too rich. Bottom line: Eating at Market is tasty and tons of fun.
