You didn’t get the final slot to be a Top Chef judge this season? Well this Friday is your chance to live out your dream and vote for the best dishes being served during Coral Gables Restaurant Week. Tonight, Taste of the Gables returns for the third year in a row featuring over 20 restaurants all showcasing their Restaurant Week specials and courting you for your vote on who’s best.
Newcomers to the event are putting their best foot forward with Gnochetti with Tomato and Baby Squid from Il Grissino, Petit Cochon du Lait from Angelique Euro Cafe and Tostada de Camarones from Talavera. Dessert lovers; be sure to check out Pasha’s Chocomousse.
So get your appetite ready, put your judging cap on and chomp away to the live tunes of Nil Lara. Besides, it’s important to coat your stomach between all those Bacardi Mojito specials you’ll be drinking at the happy hours on the Mile. Event starts at 6 p.m. at 65 Miracle Mile; tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door.
