Independent Journalism in Miami Needs You
We need to raise $10,000 by August 9 to support the reporting our community depends on. Reader support keeps us independent and is playing a larger role in funding local journalism and shaping what comes next. If you believe independent local journalism matters, make a contribution today.
We Miamians will have beer with just about anything — burgers, tacos, churrasco, fritas. What about ceviche? Doesn’t that sound like a great summer love?
Good thing then, that SuViche has partnered with local craft brewery, Gravity Brewlab to bring a four-course ceviche-and-beer pairing to locals tomorrow night in SuViche’s SoBe location just off Lincoln Road.

Tonight, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., you can get three classic ceviches paired with four beers specifically created to compliment each ceviche. But wait, three ceviches to four beers? Something doesn’t add up (and you haven’t even had a cold one yet). That’s because a “special” new ceviche will debut at the event.
Entrance for the event costs $35 at the door. The night includes an educational lesson from SuViche owner Aliosha Stern and Gravity Brewlab founder Diego Ganoza on what aromas, flavors, and ingredients inspired their ceviche and beer pairings. There will also be complimentary refills of beer as four rounds of ceviche table service commence. Again — complimentary refills of beer. Oh, and you also get a 25-percent-off coupon redeemable on your next visit to any SuViche location.
