Debuting in January 2015 on Miami Beach is the already established modern Japanese cuisine of SOHO Bay. Importing more than fifteen years of sushi and sashimi-making tradition from its eight locations in Brazil, this waterfront restaurant will create a huge splash on Miami Beach.

Executive Chef Ricardo Sauri brings more than 20 years of experience at such renowned restaurants as the Nobu empire’s locations in Miami Beach, West Hollywood, and the Bahamas. Sauri also took the lead at 50 Eggs’ Khong River House.

At Soho Bay, Sauri’s focus will be on modern takes of Japanese sushi and sashimi. It’s a menu meant to share, including fresh fish and an array of house specialties.

There will also be a bar program including molecular science, innovative cocktails, and high grade sake.
