Hot damn! Something we’ve all been waiting for! Unless of course, you’re no body (or Michael Symon). The sixth annual Burger Bash raised the curtains on its much anticipated 2012 menu at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival.
The meat ‘n’ bun monstrosities include Hot Chocolate’s Signature Burger (bacon, four-year aged cheddar, hand-crafted giardiniera relish), Morimoto’s Wagyu Burger & Pork Kakuni, Shake Shack’s the SmokeShack (American cheese, applewood smoked bacon, cherry pepper relish and ShackSauce), and the ridiculously intriguing “Hangover 2” burger with prime hanger steak, aged cheddar and onions.
Rachael Ray’s hosting the bash at the festival this Friday at 7:30 p.m. and all’s we can say is, we’re expecting a heck of a lot of fine meat to show up.
Let the bash begin!
