Along with pea-shoot gimlets and a blood orange negronis you’ll sample canapes like Swank Farms’ eggplant caviar, Becker Lane pork ciccioli, tiny calzones made from Elysian Fields farm lamb shoulder, and Red cow parmesan cheese. If you’re still hungry afterwards, stay for the five-course slow food tasting menu ($75 with cocktails pairing).
