That’s Scott Conant talking about our fair city in an open letter he published to the people of Toronto “or, “T-Dot”, as I’ve learned you’re affectionately called”. He’s opening up a Scarpetta in that city’s Thompson Hotel, and wanted to introduce himself. A reporter in Toronto Life thought Scott was being condescending, but it doesn’t appear that way to me.
