Ever wonder what Roselle, a species of hibiscus, will do to your taste buds? Me neither.

But here is your chance to find out, anyway: Between December 14 and 21, RealSorbet is offering a limited edition holiday sorbet menu. Special flavors include Peppermint with Scharffen Berger bittersweet chocolate, Florida cranberry with locally grown Roselle, and gingerbread maple, made with organic almond milk and maple straight from Vermont.

Frozen treat lovers can pre-order and will be notified of scheduled pick-up times and locations throughout Miami-Dade the week of December 14th. Send your orders to orders@realsorbet.com.

If the thought of the limited edition flavors doesn’t tickle your fancy (though, in all honesty, they should), perhaps the all-natural ingredients will. All RealSorbet creations are made with pure cane sugar, filtered water, pesticide free fruit, and all the herbs, veggies and spices your little heart could possibly desire.
