Miami’s best culinary talent and two football greats got together yesterday to cook some winning game-day foods.
Alba Seaside Italian’s Ralph Pagano welcomed Food Network’s Ingrid Hoffmann, former Miami Dolphins great (and restaurateur) John Offerdahl, and Indiana Colts player Ahmad Bradshaw to film a special “Big Game” episode of Designing Spaces.
The chefs led the players through some easy recipes, perfect for a Super Bowl party, including chicken flautas, garlic chicken potato casserole, Philly cheesesteak fondue, and queso fundido.
Pagano, a devout football fan himself, told Short Order: “This experience has been fantastic. John Offerdahl tackled me for real, and Ingrid tackled me with flavor!”
