Mojo On The Go: Gator Tail on a Truck at Tropical Park

Food truck roundups can be confused with tailgate parties…there’s food served off a vehicle, people are eating outside, and there’s generally a lot of casual laughter and dining with friends. 

But if you went searching for actual tail at a roundup, you’d come up empty handed — until now.  Mojo on the Go, a cajun-themed food truck has found what could be one of the last possible niches in the food truck industry — food from the big easy.

The truck is run by Mojo Man, who has two loves — cooking and music. When he decided to start a food truck, he knew two things — that it had to be music-based and that it had to give back to the community. One of Mojo on the Go’s business plans is to engage in community and charity work, so expect to see them at various local fundraisers.

Thus, Mojo on the Go was born. Dishes change according to what’s fresh, but expect to find soul-soothing choices like fried pickles ($3), gator tacos ($6), mahi tacos ($5), and sweet potato fries ($4). The truck will also be debuting 100% Angus burgers.

Mojo on the Go will be at Tropical Park tonight, so grab a a little good mojo.
