Miami’s Best Eats and Drinks This Week: Late-Night Happy Hour and Drunken Crafts

It’s a busy week. Stay up late tonight to try the Regent Cocktail Club’s new late-night happy hour. Sip $10 artisanal cocktails from midnight to 2 a.m. On Tuesday, choose between a Coppertail Brewing Co. Tap Takeover at Mignonette or dinner at Harry’s Pizzeria, which will transform into Bradley’s Pizzeria, as Genuine Hospitality Group executive chef Bradley Herron will take over the eatery for one night only. Mix arts and crafts with booze, or chat about gardening at the Wynwood Yard Wednesday night. End the week with a visit to the Redbury’s new rooftop happy hour, featuring spicy cigars, borek, kibbeh, and a selection of kebabs ranging from Wagyu skirt steak to lamb kefta.

Late-Night Happy Hour at the Regent Cocktail Club
Miami’s night owls, this one is for you. The Regent Cocktail Club, located inside the Gale South Beach, has launched a late-night happy hour from midnight to 2 a.m. Enjoy $10 artisanal cocktails by managing partner and head bartender Julio Cabrera. Tuesday 

Coppertail Brewing Co. Tap Takeover at Mignonette
Tampa’s Coppertail Brewing Co. will debut its 2016 collaboration with Jupiter’s Tequesta Brewing Co. at Mignonette during Miami Craft Beer Week. Enjoy two pints of Captain Jack’s Stone Crab Stout along with 12 oysters, six clams, shrimp cocktail, crab cocktail, and stone crabs for $100. Mignonette will also feature Coppertail’s new Belgian pale and its MIA Brewing collab Barrel Aged Eldermother, a tart saison beer with elderflower, lactobacillus, red wheat, and French farmhouse yeast that has been aged in a white wine barrel over the past year. Bradley’s Pizzeria at Harry’s Pizzeria
For one night only, Michael Schwartz’s Harry’s Pizzeria will transform into Bradley’s Pizzeria, as Genuine Hospitality Group executive chef Bradley Herron prepares a Mexican dinner at the Harry’s Design District location. Tickets cost $110 per person and include a welcome cocktail, passed snacks, a four-course dinner, wine pairings, and a treat to take home. Wednesday 

Drunken Crafts at the Wynwood Yard
The bimonthly gathering welcomes anyone interested in crafts and booze. Learn to crochet totes, crowns, and bracelets using repurposed T-shirts with Miami-based Snip Tease, while sipping $7 cocktails and $5 draft beer and wine from Thyme bartenders. Harvest Wednesdays at the Wynwood Yard
Muriel Olivares, the farmer behind Little River Cooperative, will start the evening in the Wynwood Yard’s garden with a chat about what’s in season. She’ll offer growing tips and answer questions from new and veteran gardeners. Julie Frans, Della Test Kitchen chef and Slow Food Miami vice president, will lead a chef demo and tasting using the ingredients harvested from the garden. Thursday 

Hang on the Rooftop at the Redbury
Beginning tonight, The Redbury South Beach will welcome guests to its 12,000-square-foot rooftop, featuring 360-degree views of the city. From 1 to 8 p.m., guests can enjoy dishes from Cleo, including spicy cigars, borek, kibbeh, and a selection of kebabs ranging from Wagyu skirt to lamb kefta. The rooftop menu will also feature an array of dips, such as hummus, baba gannouj, and lebaneh and feta. A speciality cocktail menu will be available too.
