Miami’s arguably most legendary Cuban restaurant has just announced its collaboration with one of the hippest ice cream spots in town – and the photos are drool-worthy.
Kith Treats is teaming up with Miami’s famous Versailles restaurant to launch two new ice cream flavors loaded with the restaurant’s most prized delicacies: pastelitos de guayaba and cortaditos. The December-only collaboration is part of the brand’s latest installment of its Heritage Program, in partnership with the Infatuation.
Kith Treats’ ongoing Heritage Program is dedicated to amplifying legacy food establishments that have remained staple institutions within their communities. Previous honorees include iconic spots like Apple Pan in Los Angeles and Veniero’s Bakery in New York City.

To honor Versailles and the longstanding legacy it has built since 1971, Kith Treats is reimagining the restaurant’s signature Cuban coffee and pastelitos with two limited-time ice cream specials.

The specials will debut at Versailles on Thursday, December 12, from 5 to 9 p.m. Then, the specials will be available at both the Miami Design District and Miami Beach locations of Kith Treats the following day from Friday, December 13 until Sunday, December 22.
A portion of the proceeds from the specials will be donated to One Love Community Fridge, an initiative that addresses food insecurity for and within the communities in which the honorees operate.
