Las Vegas airport has slot machines, Idaho airport more than likely sells potato sacks, California airports might as well sell weed in their vending machines. Miami International Airport has something they don’t. Cuban coffee, La Carreta style.

Now, the county is looking to fill more food & beverage locations in the north and south terminals, 5 total.

Some qualifications include $2 million dollars in annual gross revenue and “3 years experience within the last 5 years in financing, design & construction, managing, operating and maintaining a food and beverage location in an airport, transportation center, retail shopping center or marketplace.”

Short Order sees Pollo Tropical as good candidate. What restaurants would you like to see open at Miami International Airport? Leave a comment.
