Former food critic John Linn focuses on the meals-on-wheels phenomenon from Palm Beach to Miami-Dade, profiling trucks like Nacho Bizness, Latin Burger & Taco, and Dim Ssäm á GoGo. Even, the Burger Beast’s very own Sef Gonzalez makes a small cameo in the story.
