Nothing says holiday in the States like “Egg Nog.”
In Puerto Rico, we drink Coquito. It is a coconut cream cocktail spiked with light and coconut rum, enriched and sweetened with condensed milk, and spiced up with warming, sweet baking spices.
So give this holiday tipple a try and liven your holiday cheer a la boricua. Who better to give us a recipe than someone who lives, loves and bleeds Puerto Rico? The Answer: Chef Jose Mendin, Chef partner at Pubbelly.
This recipe is as easy ‘dump ‘n’ stir’ cake mix, so why not give it a shot?
