Ben Neji’s Wine 69 at Biscayne and 69th Street was a neat place to hang out over a glass of well-priced wine. Our loss.
I ate at Badrutt’s Place, at 1250 S Miami Avenue about a year and a half ago, and haven’t had a worse meal since. Good riddance.
It was reported earlier on this post that the new Publix at Fifth Street and Alton Road in South Beach had opened, and that they had lots of good two-for-one sales going on. In fact, that was just a test run they had — the official opening isn’t until Thursday, October 29th.
