With a name like Cinco de Drinko at Tobacco Road, you pretty much know what to expect — mucha tequila y cerveza, along with quince food trucks to soak up the booze — just so you can drink some more!
The party, which goes from 6 p.m. till midnight, is pulling out all the stops with live DJs and a mariachi band.
A fiery little hot sauce competition among the food trucks is also scheduled, so cheer your favorite truck to victory.
Tacos will be the obvious food of the evening, and to celebrate, Jefe’s Original Fish Taco will have a special “buy 12 tacos, pay for ten” deal, perfect for sharing with friends.
Trucks joining Jefe’s for the evening’s fiesta will be Aaron’s Catering Express, Caza Crepes, CheeseMe, Churro Mania, the Fish Box, GastroPod, Grill Master Café, Latin Burger, Latin House Grill, Mr. Good Stuff, Ms. Cheezious, the Red Koi, the Rolling Stove, and Sakaya Kitchen.
