…Saves Business. So reads the tag for a very short-story-pitch from Por Fin regarding its new $19.50 power lunch special. The promo for the Spanish restaurant in Coral Gables goes like this: Ad man about to lose account. Client sips fruity wine and bites into bikini ‘de luxe’ sandwich of Serrano ham, fresh mozzarella, and truffle oil. The business is saved.
Admittedly this is the hokiest hype we’ve come across in quite awhile (and grammar teachers among you no doubt noted that saves should be singular), but Por Fin is one of our favorite restaurants. We therefore believe that the two course power lunch meal, served Monday through Friday, will likely prove eminently satisfying. 305-441-0107.
