If the girls of the all-vegetarian Raaga Cart packaged this stuff, we’d keep a tub in our fridge. The gandules – pigeon peas – cooked and pickled in a vinegary marinade are served with a side of corn tortilla chips for scooping. Believe us; you won’t want to stop. Take it from a meat eater.
