47. Lunch Boat Special at Benihana
It’s time to be honest with yourself. You’re hungry and you only have ten bucks and some change in your pocket. Go to Benihana and spend that cash on a Lunch Boat special. You get a boatload without spending a boatload. Comes with soup, salad, edamame, sashimi, half of a California roll, shrimp and vegetable tempura, steamed rice, fresh fruit, hot tea and your choice between chicken or salmon ($9.25) or beef julienne ($9.75).
If that doesn’t, um, float your boat, they have teppenyaki — in which they show off their knife skills and put on a little food show. Hungrier than what a ten dollar lunch can bring you? Well they have other steak, seafood, sushi and yakisoba if that’s your thing. Other than that, it’s dinner and a show, ten bucks, hell yeah.
