3 Chefs Chinese Restaurant will be moving in to 275 NE 18th
Street, just off Biscayne Boulevard (close to Bin 18 and Sake Room
Sushi Lounge). We know nothing else about this, except we have an inkling three chefs may be involved.
POC Fusion Buffet is getting set to open at 2121 Ponce de Leon Boulevard in Coral Gables (next to the Hotel St. Michel). Admittedly the chain (an acronym for “Ports Of Call”) isn’t technically a Chinese restaurant — but it lines up some 20 Chinese/Asian specialties, Hibachi grill items, and about 30 types of sushi, sashimi, and hand rolls in its extremely extensive all-you-can-eat buffet. There are other POCs in Weston, Sunrise, and Plantation.
